Return policy
On this page you will find necessary information about returns. You will learn how to cancel your purchase, how
pack and return the purchased item to the seller and when the seller will refund your payment.
Return conditions – who can return the item and when
1. Who is entitled to return the purchased product. You have the right to a return when you buy as a consumer, i.e.:
2. The Seller may refuse the right to return when: you are purchasing a product with a limited right to return (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act - Art. 38).
No refund – in this case, you cannot withdraw from the contract if:
- You are purchasing a product that is subject to financial market fluctuations that may occur before expiry of the withdrawal period, and the sellers have no influence on this. To these products include, among others: gold bars, silver and platinum
- the seller manufactured this product to your individual order - in accordance with guidelines received from you
3. Time to inform the seller and send the parcel When you return the goods, you must inform the seller about it and then send the shipment to him feedback. Inform the seller about the return By law, you have a maximum of 14 days (counting from the day after receiving the parcel) to do so notify the seller about the return of the goods. The Seller may extend this deadline - information on you can find this topic on the offer page, in the Returns section.
4. Refund of payment from the seller - no later than 14 days from the moment it receives your completed return form.
