Online store - a site with an address on the Internet. A product is a product presented for sale in an online store.

The customer is a natural or legal person who placed an order. Order - a correctly executed application of the Buyer for the purchase of Goods.

The transport company is a third party that provides services for the delivery of Goods to Clients:

1. General provisions

1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store represented by the site manager at the time of placing the order.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement. Acceptance of this contract by the buyer is placing an order through the website of the online store.
3. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods can make a purchase online.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms, in connection with which the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.

2. Order processing

1. To complete the Order, you must specify the Customer's current contact details in the online store.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing the order.
3. The client's order can be placed in the online store.
4. After placing the Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Client.
5. If the Customer has placed an Order for the Product in a quantity that exceeds the Seller's available quantity, the Seller shall notify the Customer by sending a message to the e-mail address or to the phone number specified by the Customer during registration, when there will be a sufficient amount of the Product. The Customer has the right to agree to accept the Goods in the quantity that the Seller has, or to cancel this item of the Goods from the Order. If the Customer does not receive a response within 3 days of notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
6. The products are presented in the catalog with photo samples and text description, which are the property of the online store.
7. The presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and textual information: description, characteristics, dimensions, unit price, contain information about the main consumer properties of the goods.
8. Some products may differ from the photo, such as shade, case pattern, case color, etc. If the Customer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, the Customer must contact the Seller before placing the Order.
9. No later than 1 day after making the advance payment, in case of cancellation of the prepaid Order, the amount of the advance payment is fully returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner agreed by the parties, after 1 day - the advance payment is not returned to the Client.
