1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

This Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is a public offer of the terms of use of the website www.hmelovska.com (hereinafter - the Site), represented by the Right Owner of the Website Hmelovski Company Sp. z o. o. REGON: 367344962, NIP: 6751593943, 40-950 Katowice, Pl.Grunwaldzki 8-10 (hereinafter - the Site Administration) and third parties - individuals and / or legal entities (hereinafter - the User).
1.2. The user undertakes to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement before registering on the Site.
1.3. Registration on the website www.hmelovska.com means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Site.
2. INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS.
2.1. All results of intellectual activity and means of personalization placed on the website www.hmelovska.com, including, but not limited to, design elements, graphic images (including illustrations), photographic works, text, audiovisual works and other works , as well as trademarks and industrial designs, are protected in accordance with current legislation.
The above-mentioned objects of intellectual property individually and all together constitute protected Content (hereinafter - Content).
2.2. The site and everything posted on it, as well as all the content of the website, are the property of the Site Administration.

3. PROCEDURE FOR USING THE SITE.

4.2. By agreeing to this Agreement, the User gives his full and unconditional consent to the collection, processing and use of his personal data under the conditions and in the manner prescribed by the Law.
4.3. The user gives consent to the Site Administration for the collection, use, processing, and storage of information containing the user's personal data, only for the purpose of providing the Site Administration with relevant services using the Website.
4.4. The Site Administration undertakes to collect only that information containing the user's personal data, which the User voluntarily provides when registering on the website or placing an Order without registering on the website, that is, only in those cases when such information is necessary to provide and/or improve the services provided by the Site Administration to the User.

5.3. The user is obliged under no circumstances to take the following actions:
5.3.1. copying, distribution, downloading, transfer, sale or any other use of intellectual property objects of the Administration not agreed with the Site Administration;
5.3.2. filling the website with any knowingly false information and / or materials of this nature;
5.3.3. impersonate another person or a representative of an organization, enterprise, institution without any rights or grounds, including the Site Administration, as well as misleading other Site users;
5.3.4. any other illegal actions that are contrary to the current legislation and this Agreement.
5.4. The Administration of the Site is obliged to make all reasonable efforts to maintain the Site www.hmelovska.com in working condition, but does not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for ensuring its uninterrupted functioning.
5.5. The Site Administration has the right, at its discretion, to remove any user message from the Site if it violates the requirements of current legislation or the terms of this Agreement.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
6.1. The Site, all Content, information provided to Users, materials available on the website may be changed by the Site Administration at the discretion of the Site Administration.
The materials and services of this Site are provided "as is" without any guarantees.
The Administration of the Site may, at any time without prior or subsequent notice, make changes to the materials and services provided on this Site, as well as to the products and prices mentioned therein. In case of aging, loss of relevance of materials and services on this Site, the Site Administration does not undertake to update them.
6.2. Exclusion of the guarantees specified above is carried out only within the framework defined by the current legislation.

8. PROCEDURE OF THE AGREEMENT.
8.1. This Agreement enters into force for each User of the Site when they give their Agreement to the terms of this Agreement and is valid between the User and the Administration of the Site during the entire period of use of the Site by the User.
9. CHANGES.
9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes will be published on the website www.hmelovska.com
9.2. The changes will also apply to persons who are already Users of the Site at the time of entry into force of such changes.
